Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.46%
Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Insurance , Building & Construction and Hotels & Tourism sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.46%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Zamil Industrial Investment Co (TADAWUL: 2240 ), which rose 9.92% or 2.95 points to trade at 32.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Batic Investments and Logistics Co (TADAWUL: 4110 ) added 8.11% or 0.21 points to end at 2.80 and Al Mawarid Manpower Company SCJSC (TADAWUL: 1833 ) was up 6.76% or 8.80 points to 139.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co CJSC (TADAWUL: 4263 ), which fell 3.88% or 8.00 points to trade at 198.00 at the close. Saudi Research and Marketing Group (TADAWUL: 4210 ) declined 2.15% or 3.80 points to end at 173.20 and Al ELM Information Security Company CJSC (TADAWUL: 7203 ) was down 1.92% or 19.00 points to 970.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 247 to 79 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for May delivery was down 0.13% or 0.09 to $69.56 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June fell 0.14% or 0.10 to hit $72.96 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 1.20% or 36.59 to trade at $3,088.89 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.34% to 4.05, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.27% at 103.93.
