Investing.com – Turkey stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Leasing & Factoring , Metal Products & Machinery and Technology sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Istanbul, the BIST 100 lost 0.32%.

The best performers of the session on the BIST 100 were Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik Dis Ticaret AS (IS: PASEU ), which rose 9.97% or 4.63 points to trade at 51.05 at the close. Meanwhile, Ral Yatirim Holding AS (IS: RALYH ) added 9.96% or 9.45 points to end at 104.30 and Isiklar Enerji ve Yapi Holding AS (IS: IEYHO ) was up 9.92% or 1.19 points to 13.18 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Tekfen Holding AS (IS: TKFEN ), which fell 4.63% or 6.50 points to trade at 133.80 at the close. Ford Otomotiv Sanayi AS (IS: FROTO ) declined 4.42% or 44.00 points to end at 952.00 and Anadolu Anonim Turk Sigorta Sti (IS: ANSGR ) was down 4.31% or 3.65 points to 81.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Istanbul Stock Exchange by 337 to 237 and 19 ended unchanged.

Shares in Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik Dis Ticaret AS (IS: PASEU ) rose to all time highs; up 9.97% or 4.63 to 51.05. Shares in Ral Yatirim Holding AS (IS: RALYH ) rose to all time highs; gaining 9.96% or 9.45 to 104.30. Shares in Isiklar Enerji ve Yapi Holding AS (IS: IEYHO ) rose to 5-year highs; rising 9.92% or 1.19 to 13.18.

Gold Futures for June delivery was up 0.38% or 12.36 to $3,238.66 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in May fell 0.49% or 0.30 to hit $61.23 a barrel, while the June Brent oil contract fell 0.51% or 0.33 to trade at $64.55 a barrel.

USD/TRY was up 0.19% to 38.10, while EUR/TRY fell 0.03% to 43.13.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.30% at 99.69.
