Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Industrials , Services and Agriculture sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP added 1.36%.

The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Bancolombia SA (BVC: BIC ), which rose 2.63% or 1,200.00 points to trade at 46,900.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Ecopetrol SA (BVC: ECO ) added 2.13% or 40.00 points to end at 1,915.00 and Bancolombia Pf (BVC: BIC_p1 ) was up 1.98% or 800.00 points to 41,200.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Bolsa De Valores De Colombia (BVC: BVC ), which fell 4.75% or 640.00 points to trade at 12,840.00 at the close. Grupo Nutresa SA (BVC: NCH ) declined 2.53% or 3,100.00 points to end at 119,400.00 and Interconnection Electric SA ESP (BVC: ISA ) was down 0.52% or 100.00 points to 19,100.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.

US coffee C for May delivery was up 2.15% or 7.75 to $368.15 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in May fell 3.10% or 256.00 to hit $7,991.00 , while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.64% or 20.70 to trade at $3,247.00 a troy ounce.

USD/COP was up 1.75% to 4,351.00, while BRL/COP rose 1.42% to 739.29.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.51% at 99.90.
