Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.05%
Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Oil & Gas , Technology and Real Estate sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 0.05%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE: TSEM ), which rose 3.81% or 480.00 points to trade at 13,090.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Camtek Ltd (TASE: CAMT ) added 3.64% or 790.00 points to end at 22,500.00 and Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE: ENOG ) was up 2.86% or 115.00 points to 4,140.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were NICE Ltd (TASE: NICE ), which fell 2.77% or 1,560.00 points to trade at 54,840.00 at the close. Elbit Systems Ltd (TASE: ESLT ) declined 2.60% or 3,910.00 points to end at 146,600.00 and Energix (TASE: ENRG ) was down 1.42% or 15.00 points to 1,038.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 282 to 158 and 98 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was up 3.54% or 2.21 to $64.01 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 3.20% or 2.11 to hit $67.96 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.15% or 5.10 to trade at $3,341.30 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.13% to 3.68, while EUR/ILS rose 0.38% to 4.20.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.01% at 99.13.
